How do I book a session?
o book a session, start by filling out the inquiry form on my website! Once we agree on a date and details, you will review and sign a digital session agreement. For weddings and special events, a deposit is required alongside the signed contract to secure your date.
Are you available to travel outside of your local area for sessions?
Yes! While my primary service areas are SWFL, I love traveling to capture special moments. Whether you have a specific destination in mind or want to shoot outside the local area, I’m happy to come to you. A standard travel fee applies for locations beyond my local coverage area—just let me know where you'd like to shoot!
What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?
Florida weather can be unpredictable! If severe rain, high winds, or thunderstorms are forecasted during our scheduled time, we will work together to reschedule your session for the next available date or move to an indoor studio setting.
During Your Session
Do you help with posing?
Absolutely! My style focuses on a mix of naturally guided prompts and classic posing. I’ll direct you gently so you feel comfortable, relaxed, and natural in front of the camera, capturing both timeless portraits and candid moments.
What should we wear for our photos?
Soft, neutral tones, earth colors, and pastels photograph beautifully in natural Florida light. I recommend coordinating colors rather than matching identically. Once booked, I’m happy to share outfit tips and advice to help style you and your family.
Where will our session take place?
We can shoot at local beaches, parks, and beautiful outdoor locations across Sarasota and Charlotte County, in an indoor studio, or in the comfort of your own home! I am also happy to travel outside of Sarasota and Charlotte County for an additional travel fee. Once you reach out, I’m always happy to send over my location guide featuring my top favorite spots to help you pick the perfect location for your shoot.
Delivery & Images
How Long will it take me to receive my images?
The processing time for wedding sessions takes about 2-3 months. The processing time for all other sessions take about 2-3 weeks.
How many images will I get, and how are they delivered?
You will receive high-resolution, professionally edited digital files via a secure online gallery. From there, you can easily download your images, share them with family, or order high-quality prints directly. If you prefer a physical copy, you can also request a custom USB drive shipped directly to your home for an additional fee.
Do you Provide Raw/unedited images?
No, we don't provide raw or unedited images. We believe in delivering a finished product. RAW images need to be edited for a final product
How long will my online gallery stay active?
You will have access to your private online gallery for 30 days from the delivery date. Please be sure to download and save all your high-resolution images to your computer or personal device before the link expires. If you ever need extra time or a physical backup, gallery extensions and custom USB drives shipped to your home are available for an additional fee!
